Fort Croghan is located at 703 Buchanan Drive (Highway 29 West), Burnet, Texas.

The Fort Croghan Museum and Grounds are open April through mid October, Thursday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.GROUP TOURS - Group tours can be scheduled year around.  Call in advance to make your reservation.  Children's groups are requested to have a minimum of one adult to every eight children.Admission is free - Donations are graciously accepted.

HOW TO FIND US

From North Austin - Take Interstate 35 north to Georgetown, exit the Burnet/Taylor exit and go west on Hwy. 29.  Take Hwy. 29 to Burnet.  Fort Croghan is four blocks past the historic district on Hwy. 29.  The museum is on the left.From South Austin - Take Hwy. 71 west to the junction of Hwy. 281.  Turn right onto 281 traveling north through Marble Falls to Burnet.  Turn left on Hwy. 29 in Burnet and go four blocks. The museum is on the left.From Dallas/Ft.
